As PND LABS ("Company"), we act as the data controller within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to communication requests, fulfilling demo and information requests, improving service quality, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, service providers, and authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations, in order to fulfill the purposes stated above.
Data Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. It is processed based on the legal grounds of "existence of explicit consent" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction, request notification to third parties to whom it is transferred, object to a result occurring against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
